Thankyou for your replies Nevis & Andy.. Yes, currently, the wording is VERY misleading.

And I agree, it should reworded so that it says "Download Entire Archive"

And yes, there SHOULD be an option to download just the current inbox...... COME ON ADMINS... FIX IT !!!!!! Its a pain in the ar$3 as it currently stands.

What am I doing wrong. EVERY TIME I click on the "Download entire InBox in ADIF" button, the download consists of 3627 records, even when there are only 5 or 6 'actual' contacts listed as being in my inbox. Today, I moved ALL contacts to Archive (again) and re-checked my inbox.. It said that there were ZERO records. I clicked the download link (again), and yep, there it was, a file of 3627 records to download... YET AGAIN.
(I have saved screenshots if they help)

Please, someone tell me what I am doing wrong. thankyou
