Now, if I do that will people once again receive the "New QSL card arrived for you..." email messages that they had previously received when I uploaded these contacts the first time?

My original ADIF upload of several thousand QSOs did not include the QSLMSG field. I have since added it to my log and would like to re-upload all of them to my eQSL outbox. Is this practical? What would be the best way to do it?
