Down Loaded the file. I am less than computer savvy so bear with me. I imported the file to the program but did not see anything I could do to repair it. All this started with QRZ not providing adif specific file.

BEEN TRYING TO UPDATE MY QSO LIST WITH eQSL BY UPLOADING QRZ ADIF FILE. HAS FAILED TO UPDATE SINCE 3/22/15. NO ISSUES PRIOR TO THAT.
