OK, I figured it out. I'm a little slow around the edges.
LoTW allows requesting a certificate for a /P variant of an existing callsign, and then you can have a different station location for this.
The /P variant allows QSO partners to respond to KG7WGX/P in LoTW or eQSL and they will get the correct QTH data (for a single, recurrent /P location.)
Of course, if I have different /P locations, I have to add station locations for LoTW and additional attached accounts for eQSL with the correct QTH data. Further, I have to define the different /P accounts for eQSL with date ranges which do not overlap.
This must seem obvious to veteran users, but it had me confused for quite a while.
Carry on.

Can I create a separate account with separate AG and membership fees if I add /P to my present callsign for portable operation in a single, recurring location?
I understand the QSL's would not be merged in any way.
I am not interested in awards, just in accurately reporting my location to other eQSL users.
