The problem was solved by changing the network. Thanks

TNX Guy F6DKO,
I use an adif log editor that has been in my equipment for a long time, the upload button of eQSL and the same Internet network (Telekom) to which I have been a subscriber for several years, now I have tested on several repeaters and several computers with the same failure. Until last week we had no problems.
I tested the link https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/enterADIF.cfm and I received in response
Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="Off"/> </system.web> </configuration>
Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/> </system.web> </configuration>
I think I need to announce the problem at Telekom.

For several days I have been trying to upload adi files with some of the qso's and receive the answer: "404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." although before I had no problems with identical files. I also changed the email repeater, for nothing. On LoTW I have no problems. 73 de Tavi YO4BKM!
