Hi, I'm doing some double-checking of QSLs today.
I have one particular QSL that I searched for within the INBOX and within the ARCHIVE I searched for it by callsign and the system returned no record I then searched of the full month of August 2017 (the qsl was on the 16th). And the system returned no records in both the INBOX and the ARCHIVE.
So I assumed the record was not in the system - and tried to enter it manually. But the system indicated it as a duplicate entry.
Wondering if I'm doing something wrong trying to find it in the system? Thanks

Hi - I am pretty familiar with DB functionality - and have my local logs within my logging program as well as in MS Access. I use Access for running queries and updating fields in records, which are functions the logging program can't perform.
Anyway I have a few questions regarding how to best automate confirming QSOs already in the eQSL DB: 1) Is there a way I can download only unconfirmed records?
2) If I upload records - and those records match with records already stored at eQSL marked as "unconfirmed" - does the eQSL system update those records to "confirmed" status?
3) When I upload records - is there a way I can include a standard greeting such as "Thanks Joe - FB QSO" etc? Perhaps a greeting field is included in the standard ADIF field schema which eQSL can import into the record?
Thanks very much Duane

Hello, I'm new to confirming QSOs I pulled a list of QSOs and checked "unconfirmed only" I confirmed a couple of them. And then refreshed the list again - but they shill show the green icon for manually confirming them. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

Hello, I'm sure this is a simple question but what click-steps do I take in the system to be able to visually see an incoming QSL card? I receieved an email notice of a QSL - and then wanted to see if I could get a visual on it. But I suspect it was an acknowledgement of a QSL I sent. Perhaps in that case there would be no card?
Thanks N1BBR
