Getting and error: "from eQSL.cc: EQSL Graphic not available - contact ..."

The card obviously will not download, but have several errors afterwards "from eQSL.cc: Processor Overload - Throttling Invoke..." I've tried multiple times a day over more than a week.

Questions:
1. How do I resolve the graphic not available? Not sure why I would have to contact the user?

2. How can I get the additional cards? Have about 20 cards backlogged. Is the 1st error related to the 2nd error?
