Hi, I seem to have over a thousand duplicate entries uploaded. I am not able to get rid of them, is there a way to identify the duplicates and to delete them? I followed Alan's (G4GVB) instructions: a) Log in to your account. b) Click on your OutBox. c) Click on 'To scan for Cross-Posted records in other attached accounts.' d) Duplicate details will show up in the far right column (Status). However, this leads nowhere... After doing step "c", "d"does not happen. Rather a new screen shows up and it is not clear what to do there.
