OK maybe I'm still missing something, a traditional SKED is a mutually agreed DATE, TIME & FREQ for a contact, no?

For example, when I make a SKED with a friend in ZL land we agree to a date, time & freq and if the "Propagation Gods" are with us, we talk.

Want a SKED, then answer the emailed response to a request for one. My SKED "light" is blinking frequently & I've responded a number of times, but to no avail!!!!

Here's an excerpt of the email that EQSL sends out when one clicks to respond :
"I am replying to your request to set up a Sked because you need USA on........., for an award or contest. Please respond to this e-mail with a date, time, and frequency that would work for you."

So fellow Hams, IMHO, don't ask, if you're not going to follow generally accepted practices by having the courtesy to answer responses to your requests for a SKED!!!!!

73 to all.
Happy SKED hunting...

Also a Newbie to EQsl and have responded to newly listed SKED with no response. My question becomes, somewhat rhetorical, why list if you don't respond!?!?!

I'm not perfect in getting logs uploaded etc, but I ALWAYS respond immediately to all QSL's on EQSL or Direct etc... so why not the same courtesy for a SKED, or don't ask for one?

Just my opinion.

73 & Happy DX'ng
