I'm getting the below error message on upload and zero Q's uploaded. Never saw this before. Same adfi file was accepted by both Clulog and LOTW. What's wrong?

This issue started on 07 January.
I uploaded to eQSL my DX4WIN logbook contacts from the 160M SSB contest. DX4WIN asked if I wanted to upload 496 contacts. That was the correct number of contacts made so I said yes. I have the generated .adi file which was uploaded to eQSL. A few days after the contest I downloaded the eQSL report (which I have) and imported it into DX4WIN. I was surprised to see all 496 contacts were confirmed. I then went into eQSL to see who was confirmed. Only saw about 40 confirmations in my eQSL account.
To download from eQSL I do the following:
I open the below url to select a date range to download in .adi format
http://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/downloadADIF.cfm
This generates both a .txt and .adi file. I right click the .adi file and save it on my computer.
I Import from eQSL, selecting the file that was downloaded.
I've been doing this procedure for over a year with no issues. When I now look at my logbook I see every qso from 07JAN2012 to the present is confirmed by eQSL in DX4WIN. When I look on eQSL website at my confirmations I see about 40 and not the thousands that are confirmed in DX4WIN. There seems to be an issue in the .adf file being generated for download.
I can't use eQSL because it's presenting false import information to DX4WIN.
Any suggestions appreciated.
