Support - English speaking » Confirming QSO With Green Check - Comes Back as Duplicate. Why? Jun 11, 2024 08:33 AM (Total replies: 1)

When I try and confirm a QSO in the award menus, using the red and green buttons and inserting the time of a QSO, it often comes back with a duplicate entry notification, confirming the QSO has already been accepted and confirmed. Why does this happen as the QSO in question still requires confirmation in the award menus.
