Display the Date/Time of last eQSL uploaded
  INPUTS:
    Username (optional) - If not supplied, uses currently logged in user, else this is a callsign
    Password (optional) - If supplied, must match the callsign
    QTHNickname (opt)   - If Username/Password resolves to more than 1 record, QTHNickname must arbitrate

Possible error messages:
  Error: No match on Username/Password (and QTHNickname, if defined)
  Error: More than 1 match on Username/Password (and QTHNickname, if defined)
  Error: No match on Username/Password (and QTHNickname, if defined)
  Error: No user defined
  Last upload date/time unknown

GOOD results output:
  Your last ADIF upload was DD-MMM-YYYY at HH:MM TT GMT<P>
    (DD-MMM-YYYY at HH:MM UTC)

where the first time format is in 12 hours time with TT being either AM or PM,
and the second line of time format being in 24 hour time
