I find this program incredibly difficult to use. For instance, there are five eQSLs in my outbox from December 2006. I would like to send them, but have no idea how to do that. Can someone please advise? Thank you.

Dave,
Once your QSOs are in your OutBox, you don't have to send them anywhere. If they are matched by the other hams in their OutBoxes, they automatically generate eQSLs and should appear in your InBox. You can notify them by clicking on their call in your OutBox and sending them an email. If they are not eQSL members, you will have to know their email address.
