I received what I would call a duplicate entry in my InBox. It was the same callsign but different times.
(1) Callsign XXXXXX 09Jul2010 00:49 40M PSK31 USA
(2) Callsign XXXXXX 09Jul2010 00:57 40M PSK31 USA

My OutBox correctly lists (1) Callsign XXXXXX 09Jul2010 00:49 40M PSK31 USA
The other person, I assume, added the duplicate.

My problem is that I could not reject the duplicate.
Do you assume that (2) Callsign XXXXXX 09Jul2010 00:57 40M PSK31 USA
is a match too?

I cannot delete the duplicate entry in my archive. My goal is to mirror your records with another logger that I have. This can be accomplished if I am allowed to delete entries that I deem fit for deletion. Now my primary logger is out of synch with yours.

What can I do to keep it in synch?

Hiya Mike Hope this helps you.
1. Go into your Outbox.

2. Click on the entries number next to the country of the contact/Card you wish to delete.

3. A window will open showing the contact details. Click the delete button in this window.

4. Now go into your Archive. Click the all button next to the country. You will see both contacts have a red x and green tick to the right of them.

5. Click the red x of the one you do not wish to keep. A window will open. Untick the tick box in the window and click the appropriate radio button. Click either reject button at the bottom of the window. Window will close.

6. Click the Green tick of the card you wish to keep. A window will open. Click the create eQSL button. Another window will open. In this window click do not notify.

7. When you return to your Archive ( it may take a little while to happen ) all should be okay. Card not wanted gone. Card wanted still there.

Hope this explains what you are asking Mike (KB1SUA)
