I uploaded a non jpg card image and now cannot access the card maker. Now I get a '500 error' when trying to access the ecard maker.

Paul,
When I search your call, I see an eQSL image with a boat. Is that your old one? If so, you may want to send an email to the 'Help!' link and explain your situation. Also, sometimes it may take a day or so before your new image is accepted or rejected and an email is sent to you notifying you of the status. I'm not sure why you get the 500 error. Thanks for your reply, Andy. Yes, the boat card is the old one we created as a basic member. After upgrading, I was attempting to redo the card and mistakenly uploaded a picture that was not .jpg and the 500 error is the server trying to read that file, doesn't know what to do, so crashes.
Did send an email to the 'Contact us' link, but have not heard anything yet. Hopefully someone can delete that file and we can start over. 73 Chris, kj4rht KJ4RHT Paul (Chris) Christensen |
