I recently sent a QSL card to W0WT. He never got the card, and it shows grey in the outbox. When I emailed him, he was able to send me an eQSL card. Why is his line grey, and why didn't he get my card? He is a member, and the dates are valid.

Hi Gary,

Generally, when a qso gets greyed in your outbox, it means that your qsl has been retreived, seen, by the recipient and then it automatically goes to his archive box, where it is eventually much more difficult to see that a qso has NOT BEEN confirmed, all the more when you have 10.000+ eqsl's
And this is the reason why I have asked in this forum for an extra filter in the archive: confirmed/unconfirmed.....but apparently it does not seem to be an interesting proposal or perhaps the advisory board does not read this forum

and please, when you get a qso with the 2 boxes (green button, red button) in your inbox, FIRST reject or confirm and THEN display the eqsl...if you feel like looking at it
Sorry to insist, but it's a real problem.......
