I am email for HP3HSG who is in Panama. I asked him to AG for my contact and he sent me a copy of the link stating that you are only allowing AG now for US and Canada. Is this ture. He would get his AG if he could.

Please advise thanks

Terry,
Could you post that link? I can't remember anyting being stated that only USA & Canada AGs are being accepted. Could it be the way hp3hsg is applying?

Terry,
I think I know what he was refering to:

1. Have an Authentication Code mailed to your official address ( Click here)
Currently only available to US and Canadian hams with correct addresses on file in the FCC or RAC databases
Go to the Authentication Code Screen and read instructions
We will mail you an Authentication code
You key that code into our system and will be instantly approved
OR, let us Inspect Your License ( Click here)
2. Do you have a digital camera or scanner? Take a photo or scan your license and upload it here. We could have asked you to upload a copy of your drivers license, passport, or other identification document. But this is a ham radio site, so we decided to allow amateur radio licenses to be used as proof of identity. Note: we use the license as a proof of your identity and NOT as proof that you are licensed to operate on the ham bands! You prove your identity to us by showing us a signed license that nobody else would have been able to acquire. The image you send us must clearly and legibly show your callsign, name, and any official seals or signatures.

3. Upload a digital photo or scanned image of your SIGNED amateur radio station license from the appropriate authority in your country CONTAINING YOUR CALLSIGN
One of our staff will verify the callsign and other information on the license. (Note: You may be approved within several hours, or if your scan is questionable, it could take several days or may be rejected. Number of Licenses currently awaiting review: 6)
Look here later to see if you have been approved
OR, let us Check Logbook of the World to see if they approved you ( Click here)
If you have registered with the ARRL's Logbook of the World (LotW), we can check with LotW to see if they have certified your identity. If so, we will grant you Authenticity Guaranteed status immediately!

I think he was talking about option 1 which is only available to us and Canadian Hams.

Terry,
All he has to do is read these posts and then follow the directions for steps 2 or 3. He can't use the authentication code post card because he is not from USA or Canada. I will try to send him an email, but I hope he can follow the AG directions.

Hello,
I sent an AG request to R2KW, and he sent an answer, that he already sent the copy of his license, but still did not get the AG status...
