What did I do wrong? I have 34 contacts in my log/out box but only 15 show up in the Archive log???

Scott,
I don't think you did anything wrong. The OutBox are your uploaded QSOs, the InBox has your new confirmed eQSLs, your Archive contains the eQSLs from from your InBox that you have viewed and archived.
