Ask one of the support volunteers by going to the "Contact Support" link and give them either the anti-tamper code (on the back side of the card) or the date, time, callsigns, and band, and ask them to "reset" the card so it can be printed again. If they can't do it themselves, they'll give me the information and I'll reprint it.
Of course, that's just my opinion... I could be wrong!
