Sorry, did not see anything on this in searching the forum. A file I uploaded had an error in one of the callsigns of a station I worked. I realized this when I received their eQSL. How do I go into my records and correct this error? Thanks for the help.

I think the light just went on! I believe the simple answer to my question is to just correct the original file and upload it again. The system will only accept the corrected record and reject the rest as duplicates. If I limit my update to the one QSO will the system recognize the change as an update to an existing entry and replace the bad entry with the new entry?

I don't think so. Depending what you change, the system may reject it as a dupe, or add it as a new entry. The best bet is go to your OutBox, delete the entry (if it has not been displayed by the other Ham) and then resubmit it. 73 Andy - n1ork

You will also want to go into your outbox and delete the incorrect card.
