7MAY 2010 I worked and confirmed IM0/IK0FMB by eqsl. I was not given credit for Sardinia Island even though IK0FMB is AG. Who do I appeal to?

Don,
I will try to answer your question. First, even though ik0fmb is AG, his Effective dates at this QTH: 01 Jan 1970 00:00 to 20 May 2009 00:00 and im0/ik0fmb has Effective dates at this QTH: 01 Jan 1970 00:00 to 20 May 2025 00:00. Therefore, he needs to change his AG QTH end date to 2025 like his im0/ QTH end date. Second, he then needs to attach these two accounts together so that his AG will flow to his im0/ call.
