For a while there has been a discrepancy between the number og countries i have confirmed according to the list of countrys and the sum shown on the award page.
And it seems there is no way I can affect that number my self.

There are now 102 countries listed on the standing list but the sum still shows 98.
THere is no update button in the standing list like there is for some for the other awards.

I have tried writing to support via the webpage but have gotten no response.

What can I do to remedy this situation.

I have printet out a eDX award page for 100 countries but I would like the eDX100 award page as well.

This is not the end of life as we know it, but it would be nice to get it fixed :-)

Jesper,
There is no Update button for eDX100, but have you used the Standings button to check your eAwards? The Standings button will update the counts in your eDX100 awards. I suppose you do not have the apply button active do you? Do you think it has anything to do with the new Carribean countries? It seems that if you can print out the eDX for 100, you should be able to apply for the eDX100.

Thank you for responding.

Yes of cause I have hit the standings button otherwise I would not see the list of confirmed countries. But it does not update the number on the awards page, it still tells me I need two more for eDX100.

I have even entered the standings list for all the sub Awards and have hit the update buttons on those pages. But sill no help for the eDX100 count.

The award button is not active and there is nothing I can do.

The count on the eDX100 award page has not changed for months even though the count on the standings list have risen from 100 to 102 in that period.

Something is clearly out of sync and if I can do somthing about it I would realy like to know what.

Jesper,
I would try to send the Admins another email via the 'Help!' link above. That is the only thing I can think of. Be patient, they may be busy with other things. I see your eDX and ePFX awards on your page, congratulations! Someday I will get them too.

It would be much nicer if I could send an email to them then I would have some indicatioin of what has happened. I dont even know if the message posted via the webpage actualy reaches anybody.
