Hello,
I paid a donation and it was not changed. I have written an email to support and have not gotten a response. I would really like to do my QSL card and so on but unable to. Could somebody please advise me what to do next on this matter. I do not want to charge back the donation I want to be credited and my account status changed. Please Help. Earl,
How long ago did you send in your donation? It may take a few days. If you used PayPal or a credit card, you should be able to see your transaction, or a canceled check. Have you sent in your AG application yet? I would say be patient. 73 Andy - n1ork N1ORK Orest 'Andy' Zajac |

Hi Andy,
This donation was put in on Friday. Granted it has not been a long time but according to the FAQ it says it does happen from time to time when using credit cards and it said to send an email to the support team with all order information (i.e. conformation number etc). This was completed on the same day when I noticed the change was not done immediately when the payment was made. As for the AG I will do that here very shortly. I am going to give it a week or so. FWIW Earl - when I upgraded to GOLD - it took a day to show up. On getting a reply from the Support Team - they are all volunteer's and I noticed that it takes a few days to hear back (but you will hear back). Also, did you check out the "Membership" ( http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/Membership.cfm ) page to see if your "donation" showed up yet?
