When I log into EQSL I get a message to update or change my EQSL Card.
I happen to like the one that I am using and would love to see this
message window "GO AWAY!!!"

Please make this stupid message window "GO AWAY!!!!!"

Tim,
I used to get that too and eventually it went away. Maybe the eQSL folks are just trying to get you to upgrade your membership.
