I am working on WAS PSK-31. A contact I have was mobile he was in IN but eQSL credits me with his home QTH of WI. The eQSL card does reflect he was mobile in IN. How can I tell eQSL where he really was?

Jim, eQSL uses the location provided in his profile, not what may be in the comments section of the eQSL. He would have to make another eQSL account which would indicate his mobile/portable status in another location or state. Then he would have to get that QTH AG'd and upload his log for that location. If he operates a lot from that location, it would be worthwhile to go through the trouble. If not, you may be better off trying for another IN psk contact. 73 Andy - n1ork

Since we are keeping human intervention out of the verification I can understand why. I believe this is unfortunate since mobile PSK is getting easier to accomplish due to technology advancements. This is also unfortunate for us that collect all 3077 counties. This will affected us on all bands and modes since nearly %95 of the contacts are mobile. I guess there is no perfect system that fits all needs.
