Hello,
The SWL can they participate in e-awards without being a member bronze or silver? What is the procedure to follow to make them validate? Concerning the authenticity, having no license, so I provided a copy of my ID card, is it ok? I is not finding answers to my questions, it is rather vague on the site Thank you.
