Bill, if I recall you were also having some problems with multiple accounts that needed to be deleted?? Maybe that's why you have not been upgraded to "silver", because it's not obvious what account it should be applied to?

It was a few years ago that I upgraded to "silver", but from what I recall it was automatic, it happened as soon as I paid, so all I can think is that because of the multiple accounts the automatic process could not take place. Just guessing here!

As far as the poor response to your emails to support I agree, there is no excuse for that. No one from eQSL ever reads these forums as far as I can tell, or if they do, they don't post here anymore. I have no idea how big the support staff is, but it seems to be minimal, and I suppose at this time of year people could be on vacation etc. Not making excuses for them, just thinking of reasons why it is taking so long for you to get your issue resolved.

There needs to be more staff minding the store, I agree 100%. Not sure why they haven't addressed that issue but it needs to be done soon or people will start losing interest in eQSL and move to LOTW, and that would be a damn shame.
