John,
Go to 'My eQSL Design' and choose the style you want to use. Carefully read the instructions for the style you want to use. Each style lets you upload a graphic for your eQSL card. If I remember, the graphic must be approved after you upload it. Once that is done, you can enter the data you want (style 4) or the data from your profile will be used. Style 4 is a bit tricky to use so you may have to practice a few times. Don't forget to use the 'save and exit' button to see what it looks like. You can go back and forth until your card look right. Don't forget, if you change your graphic at a later date, all your eQSLs will get the new graphic unless the other ham has saved your eQSL to thier PC.
