hi,
in my profile there was a wrong IOTA reference (I don't know why, but since many years, sorry)... There is EU-011 (that's Scilly Islands) and not the correct one: EU-025 (Sicily, where I operate)... Salvo,
I think the Admins of this site may be very busy and they do have other jobs. You may try to open a new account with the correct information and then link the two accounts together. Don't forget to have a different QTH Nickname for the new account. I don't know if this will work, but it may be worth a try. If you want to live dangerously, you could try to delete the bad account and then start over. I see that you have two other accounts, so I don't know what that will do to those accounts.
