I am getting emails from people saying they are sending me eqsl but I am not receiving them. It seems like the number of eqsl's I am receiving for the amount of qso's is very low right now as well. I am clicking all bands and all modes but still not seeing the eqsl's in order to confirm. I think something is wrong with my account right now. Help!!!!

Mark, are you saying you are not seeing any eQSL's, or that you are just not seeing many??

If you are not seeing any eQSL's in your inbox, check your archive and see if they ended up there.

I am getting emails from people such as 7j7act who have emailed me and asked why I have not returned their eqsl. I checked the archive and the inbox and he was not there. I made about 2000 QSO's in the last month and about 1000 the month before that and have only received a couple EQSL's. Normally, that amount of QSO's would generate at least 40 or 50 EQSL's. Plus, I have received 4 or 5 email's asking why I havent returned EQSL's, including Simon, 7j7act who told me I have over 1600 unretrieved EQSL's. I am not sure how he would know that, but it sure seems like something is wrong. When I log in I go to inbox and then click search all and nothing is coming up.

Ok I figured out what was wrong on my own. I noticed I have not received any EQSL's after my license renewal date. So I went into my profile and updated my new license info. I would not think that most people would know to do this. Seems like a problem that is likely to pop up for other users. Thanks AB0QN

Mark, you asked how 7j7act knew that you had unretrieved eQSL's.

If you go to the eQSL homepage you will see a callsign lookup box, you can put anyones callsign in that box to get their profile, including if they have eQSL's waiting to be retrieved and who the eQSL's are from.

As far as your problem with the end date, lots of people have run into that before, it's pretty common. I'm not sure why that end date is there to be honest, they must have had some reason for thinking it is needed???

Anyway, I'm happy you got it sorted out :)
