My eWAS on the My Awards shows 51 contacts for SSB but only 50 for Mixed. Are some SSB contacts not usable for the Mixed Award or are states counted differently for the two awards? That would be strange indeed. I do understand about the MD / DC issue but one would assume that the same rules would apply to all awards. My hunch is that this is a software error.

Sounds like a bug to me too. Send the support team off an email, they don't check the forums here. It will take a while, but hopefully they will get it sorted out eventually.
