Hi,

eQSL tells me I have made a mistake with one of my uploads. As I work /P from various locations I have quite a number of different profiles. Each one has a validity window (start/end date). Now I have uploaded ten eQSLs using the wrong profile (the eQSLs have a date that lies beyond the end date of the profile I selected).

eQSL suggests I contact support for splitting the log - I assume this involves moving the ten records to the right profile.

Is there anyone out here that has a clue what I am referring to and that might be able to help out?

Cheers.

Regards,
Lars / PH0NO

Lars,
You can go to the OutBox where you misloaded the 10 QSOs and delete them. Then you can upload them to the correct account. I think this may be the easiest way.

Hi Andy,

Tnx for your quick reply.

I could delete and resend 9 out of 10. One has been confirmed and cannot be removed by me (the simple user).
Is it possible to move that one to the right profile in some way?
It concerns an eQSL sent to WP3UX confirming a QSO on 11-11-11 @ 17:25 (I think the ID = 233686305).

Tnx!

Regards,
Lars.

Lars,
To move that QSO (if even possible), you may have to send an email to the 'Help!' link above. I suggest you just re-upload that QSO to the correct account and send wp3ux an email requesting a confirmation. (Once you re-upload that QSO he should also get a new eQSL in his InBox.)
