This is all I get back:

We reviewed your application for eWAS SSB, but we are not able to
approve it for the following reason:

Your account is attached to another account for combined credit, but we are not sure these accounts all belong to you, and so they should not be attached. Please contact Support for help.

Please REPLY to this e-mail if you can clarify something about
your application that would help us approve it, or if you believe
we have made an error.

Thanks and 73,

My response:

Well, this is a first. I fail to see how you came to that conclusion.

There are 3 accounts (4 if you count the N3JJA/m account) that belong to me. The first one is my old callsign (N3JJA), the second is my current callsign (KJ3N) and the third is my club / contest callsign (KS3D). All of this can be verified from QRZ, VanityHQ, and the FCC database. In addition, all accounts are AG by your own system.

I would suggest you've made an error in this case.

Anyone care to explain this?

Hi Jim,

I'm not an expert about awards, but I think it is due to the fact that you have attached
your club station call to your own call-signs.

The rules say :

In the case of multiple callsigns, these must be attached to each other and must meet all other requirements of these rules. The purpose of combining credit from multiple attached accounts is to allow an applicant to qualify for the award even if he moved or operated under different callsigns. It is not intended to allow an applicant to mix credits earned by an individual with credits earned by a club station.

Well, that's a pisser. Most of my activity these days is under the club / contesting callsign. I don't enter into contests under my personal callsign.

This is highly annoying....

QSOs from all attached accounts are used to determine is a user qualifies for an award, that's why club accounts are not supposed to be attached to personal accounts. It's not fair for you to get credit for a QSO that someone else made.

You can detach the club account by going to 'My Profile'->My Other Accounts', you will see a detach button there. You will still be able to access the club account as before, it just won't be attached to your other calls and so won't get included in the award calculation.
