I'm two states away from completing my first award, eWAS PSK-31. What would users recommend to get those two elusive states - ND and ME? Going through the list of recommended contacts and requesting skeds? Any other ideas, please?

Hi Stewart, Two more ideas : - http://psk.gladstonefamily.net/pskmap.html- http://hamspots.net/state_lotw/on this last site, you will see who has been active, spotted in the last 2 or 3 days, in what modes, on what band, time, who is an eqsl member, lotw member, both. You can search by state. 73 de Guy F6DKQ F6DKQ Guy FALCOZEdited by F6DKQ Guy FALCOZ on Jan 15, 2012 at 04:33 PM

Thanks, Guy. I already use PSK Reporter, but I didn't know about Hamspots' eQSL support.
Looks like there are only a couple of operators in both of those states who do PSK31 and the 10-40m bands.

Also check out K3UK's SKED page. That is a good place to see who is on. Most folks there do LOTW and eQSL.cc. To locate the page, Google "K3UK SKED"

I'm now convinced there are ZERO hams in North Dakota that use EQSL. I'v been trying for 6 months. I have looked up almost every ham in ND on qrzed and cant find a single one that claims to upload here.
It stinks, because I have worked ND dozens of times and have plenty of paper to prove it, but the eWAS is an impossible award if there are no participating hams there. It's easier to work Yemen than ND.

We have lots of users who have achieved their eWAS and lots of members from ND.
Try the show recommended contacts tool found at the bottom of the eWAS standings page. That shows you eQSL AG members in the states you need that are currently active, i.e. either they have logged a QSO or someone who worked them has logged a QSO in the last 30 minutes or so, tells you the mode and frequency they are operating on.
I have used this tool with great success for eDX100, and I know some users who have had luck using this for their eWAS.
