My grid square is wrong and I cannot seem to get it fixed. Also there is information in my profile which I cannot change. It pulled the wrong address and zip code from an old location and I can't fix it either. My email address has changed and I can't fix it either. Right now I can't use eQSL.

Certain things such as grid ITU, and CQ zone can only be changed by support. This is to prevent people from just changing that info when they move, instead of creating a new, attached profile for the new QTH.
If you made a mistake when entering that info we will be happy to change it, just send an email to support and tell us what it should be. The email address you can change at anytime by just going into your profile page. If you are having a problem with that, again, contact support. Just be sure that when you do contact us you tell us who you are! We do database lookups via email address and callsign, if your email address has changed we need to know your callsign so we can find your record.
