new account. cannot archive records or use green arrow for confirmation. On hr2j, all works weel. biut of V31JQ this problem occurs. Any advise. it is not a problem with pop up blockers

Hello:

I've sent you an E-mail from the support queue. You have some Inbox Outliers. Outliers are QSOs that fall outside of the range currently set in your V31JQ profile. Alter your effective call dates and you should be OK
