OK I think they are missing? when I read and upgraded to Silver the info read "eQSL thumbnail graphics shown for each card received in InBox and Archive screens " I am missing something as my inbox looks the same as before. Any ideas please.

If you call the Inbox and filter sets for the following boxes:
