Is there a way to print my qsl card to a specific person.

Jeff,
Go to your OutBox and search for the QSO of the card you want to print. When you find the QSO, hit the Edit button. That will bring up a window where you will see another button to 'Display as Card' Hit that and then hit 'Printable 4X6 (A6) format' Then print or save your eQSL to that Ham.
