There is a utility program call HRD Utilities which is supposed to be able to download multiple QSL images. The program does not work for me. I contacted the author several months ago about the problem -- no fix yet.
There may be other utilities that do the function that you require. I have yet to find one that works for me.

Dave,
Thanks I don't know how to create programs in HTML.
Do you know if anyone has developed a MS Excel or MS Access interface.

As far as I know the only way to download the card images is to use the GeteQSL.cfm program.
You can just simply handcraft the URL to call the program, or write something that will do that. I imagine (but don't know for sure) that the HRD Utilities program that Bernie mentioned ends up calling GeteQSL.cfm.

Click on the box that says 'Display all eQSLs in JPG format instead of PNG'. 73, Dave - VA3KABEdited by VA3KAB David Bell on Apr 24, 2012 at 11:39 AM

Just a note to people contemplating downloading graphic images of their eQSLs.
Rendering graphic images is a very compute intentive process and puts a severe load on the system. Please do not try to download your entire Archive at once! If you attempt to do that, the system will throtlle your download.
The best time to download images is around 04:00Z-06:00Z when the system load is minimal.

Has anyone been able to download QSL images with HRD utilities version 1.5.0.40?
Is there a newer version?
Does anyone sell eqsl.cc QSL images on CD?

I've been using HRD utilities version 1.5.0.40 for several years with no problem till about 2 weeks ago or so. Now it has problems. I've email both Eqsl.cc and the author of HRDU and did hear back from Eqsl.cc that they are working on the problem. So hopefully in the near future we will have it resolve.

I've done testing with HRD utilities version 1.5.0.40 (HRD Utils) and here is the scoop:
1. HRD Utils does not support multiple eQSL accounts with one call. This issue has been pointed out to the author of this program several months ago; nothing can be done until the author fixes the HRD Utils code.
2. HRD Utils will download confirmation of QSOs in your eQSL Archive and will update the eQSL Received flag in your HRD log.
3. HRD Utils can *not* download a qsl graphic at the present time due to a eQSL technical issue with the .NET code. The eQSL Webmaster is aware of this problem and we have this issue on the bug list for resolution.

I have recently received an E-mail from the the author of the HamOffice software indicating that his program does fully support the downloading of eQSL graphics.

HamOffice only appears to support German. I have asked HamOffice support if there is an English version of this software.

I just checked the HRD Utilities author's website and there is no updated version.
I guess we are out of luck until someone else writes another program -- too bad.

No progress. The author of the program does not respond to E-mail.
I suspect the author has other priorities at the present time.

I just tried HRD Utilities again and am pleased to report that QSL jpg image downloading is once again working.

Grant:
I just checked your account and indeed you were able to download images. I now suspect that HRD Utilities has problems with an Inbox/Archive that has a lot of entries. I tried HRD Utilities with my own account (over 3000 entries in the Archive) and the ADIF transfer phase did not complete. Perhaps someone else can test again and report back?

Well I tried again and same old popup saying that it could locate ADIF file. I have 4059 in my archive folder if that matters. I've just been downloading manually a couple times a week so there's not to many to do at once.
