Mathias:

We need a bit more information. Are you getting an error message? If you are, what is the error message? Have you entered the correct nickname and password?

Regards,
Bernie

Hello Bernie,

thanks for the reply.

There is no error message, all looks ok but no entry in my outbox.

Nick, password and username are ok, internet access is working.

Regards
Mathias

I suggest you contact the FLDIGI support group to see if anyone else has run into the same problem.

The only way I can figure out what is wrong is to review a TCP/IP packet trace of the problem. If you are technically oriented, install Wireshark on your PC and send the support team the relevant packet trace.

Hi,

I have the same problem with W3ZJ's adif processor.
Does not work any longer, since a few days

Here is what I see with Wireshark :

<ImportLogResponse>
xmlns="http://www.eqsl.cc/webservices/"
<ImportLogResult>
Error: No such eQSLUser/eQSLPswd found<BR>Record Contents: f6dkq,xxxxxxxx,KH6OO,20120415,1649,20m,JT65
</ImportLogResult>
</ImportLogResponse>

-----------> full Wireshark report to the support Team

And everything is OK, of course, user, password
Something must have changed in the dialog...........
The same adif file is processed normally if I log with my web browser
and use the "upload file" link

I just tested the importlog routine, loading http://eqsl.cc/webservices/logservices.asmx?WSDL with a generic soap client--------> failure !!!......

web services : no other logservice in the collection seems to work

Hi again,

i think thats not a FLDIGI issue, because of it was working fine some days ago. After the new server for eqsl was in use the problem started...

Mathias

Hi Mathias,

I just checked your account, the last upload you made with anything in it was back on March 4, 2012 (one record)

Since then I see many uploads, three today, but all empty (zero records)

We put the new server online last week, and the logs are showing that you were having problems before that?

Can you save the file you are trying to upload and email it as an attachement to support1@eqsl.cc so we can have a look?

Dave, VA3KAB

Hello,

i am not sure how to get the single qso data file which is send normaly automaticaly if i save a log entry in FLDIGI. But i can send the normal adif-file created by the FLDIGI log for export.

I have several more entry after 4th of March, only created by confirming incoming eqsl.

I will send the adif export file from FLDIGI in 5 minutes...

Regards & thanks for your help in advance.
Mathias

I believe there is a issue on the eQSL server due to migrating to a 64 bit OS.

I have notified the Webmaster about this issue.

The logger programs that are having the problem use the Webservices (.NET/SOAP) protocol. .NET is notorious for a lot of software defects; please bear with us as we figure out what is wrong.

In the mean time, please use the regular eQSL ADIF upload function from the eQSL web interface.

Just an update.

Dave, N5UP, our Webmaster is back from his out-of-town trip and is going thru the bug list fixing issues as a result of the recent eQSL server upgrade.

This issue is near the top of the list and will be looked at in the near future.

I hope everyone is enjoying the improved performance on the new 64 bit dual quad core server!
