How long does it take for a donation to be recognized on the eqsl website. I made a Silver Donation by paypal. I would like to include my graphics for the eqsl card.

I figured it out. I thought by sponsering someone it would count towards my silver membership. I since upgraded to Bronze. I'll still sponser another ham at some other point in time. I think thats a great option you have to help other hams...

I signed up for eQSL last week under M6KRX and donated up to Silver level. This week I upgraded to 2E0KRX and as I hadn't used the old callsign decided to detach that account. By doing this I managed to knock myself back down to Bronze. Admins - can you please correct this?

You could try to reactivate your old account with the proper start and end dates. Then reattach the accounts. If that doesn't work, send an email to the support team using the 'Help!' link above.

Yes, the membership level applies for all *attached* accounts. Your 2E0KRX account is actually now at regular membership level, not bronze.

As Andy says, the easiest way is for you to reattach the two accounts again. You can make the 2E0KRX account primary so that it gets selected by default when you log in.

If you really don't want to do that, send us an email and we can get the webmaster to transfer the donation from one account to the other.
