I sometimes work portable. How do I add M0BGR/P to my account - do I have to register this as a new call sign then link it to M0BGR?

That will work, but the best and fastest way to do it is to go to the 'My Accounts' screen, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/MyAccounts.cfm,
