Ed,
You need to tell us what logging program you are using for your contest. Maybe then someone will be able to help. Most loggers will save as ADIF, and then you can upload that file to eQSL.

I am using Winlog32 and its not fo a contest. I can upload my files to eQSL ok but the ones that are contestia are rejected because the the MODE is wrong. there is a contestia mode in eqsl but winlog32 will not accept the mode when i log it as it is spelled in Eqsl. i cant find a mode name list in winlog32 as I never have needed it before. I manually log all my contacts. tnks Ed kj4nt

The proper entry to use for Contestia is CONTESTI

You can quickly see what the definitions should be for the various modes by going into the manual log entry screen, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/enterLog.cfm , and looking at the mode options.

I should also mention that we use the modes as specified in the ADIF spec.

Here is a link to that document: http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/ADIFContentSpecs.cfm

Thanks Dave,
I didn't realize CONTESTI was a mode.
