Have only just started using eQSL. Can some one explain the meaning of entries in the "Country" column that are highlighted in Yellow and saying "Needed"

Ken,

I posted this a while back as a reply to a similar question:

"In your profile, under Advanced Features, you will see a check box that if checked, will do the following:

"Allow me to easily see new countries per mode and band in my Inbox and archive the rest
(Note: Your Inbox will load about 2-3 times slower than normal, so we limit your view to 500 instead of 2000. But try it, and if you don't like it, come back here and uncheck the box.)"

If you check the box, and you go into your archive and display an eQSL that is not AG, it will indicate in yellow that this country is needed for an award. You may have confirmed the QSO, but until both of you are AG, it will not count for an eAward."

You can also do a search for 'yellow' and 'needed' and you should find some help that way. I used the dates of 10/10/2007 and 06/02/2012.
