IF A MEMBER BECOMES AG AFTER POSTING NUMEROUS QSO'S, DOES THE SYSTEM BACK TRACK
AND GIVE CREDIT WITH AG STATUS FOR PREVIOUS QSO'S??

Yes it does. Also, the people that you had a QSO with, also get credit toward any eAward.

I think that we need to make more prominent informational posts to encourage members both new and old ones to gain AG status. The information needs to point out that by getting AG Status, other members are allowed to use their QSL's for the awards.
This may be more important for the overseas members.

Hi there, I have just got AG status for my own call sign - G0HWK but have been advised to get AG for 2 other special event calls i have been/am using now - GQ0HWK & GO0HWK. I have been told these will not count for other peoples awards if they are not AG.. Therefore how do I go about getting AG status for these 2 calls?

Mike,
Use the same procedure as you did for your g0hwk call. The easiest way is to send in a JPG of your licenses. Don't forget to 'attach' your accounts together.

If you had created those two accounts using the 'My Accounts' screen they would have received AG status automatically because your primary call has AG status. If you like you can still use the 'My Accounts' screen to link them to your primary call and then send us an email using the Help link above and we can give them AG status.
