How do I move the files or copy the eqsl files to a flash drive to upload at high speed at work?

I am not exactly sure what you are asking.

If you want to upload at work, then extract your logs in ADIF format using your log program..

Copy the ADIF file onto your flash drive.

Then at work, log into eQSL and use the upload function selecting the ADIF file on the USB flash drive.
