Why do the various eDX catagories not synch correctly? Was just awarded eDX 75, but the eDX (100) shows I have only 74. This is after updating, waiting a day, etc.

Also, how do I handle SWL's? SWL heard me talk to another station; response doesn't fit into eQSL format. Want to be nice but how??

Not sure why the eDX and eDX100 don't sync for you. If this is still the case, use the 'Help!' link above. As far as SWLs, you can manually confirm an SWL report in your InBox if you feel it is valid. Not sure what you mean by "doesn't fit into eQSL format."

Douglas,
Sometimes people may not know the answer right away or the question was hard to understand. So I encourage people to post questions and comments. If the issue isn't answered here on the forum, one should use the 'Help!' link above.

Douglas,

These forums are mostly designed for the user community to help each other out, although some AB members also hang out here from time to time.

As Andy says, most of the support is done via the 'Help!' link at the top of the page, and we handle a large volume of support emails on a daily basis in multiple languages.

If you want a fast response to an issue or don't get an answer here, use the 'Help!' link.

All emails get stored in the database, I see three emails from you and three replies.

They get sent to whatever email address you used to ask the question.

I tried replying and my reply was rejected... Where in the database is it stored - That is where can I get to it. I keep ALL my emails for 5 years - there are no replies to my support questions in my email....
Thanks. It took me 4 tries but I got my email address to lower case as spometimes hotmail becomes case sensitive....

The emails are stored in the user maintenance screen that we (support team) can access; you can't access that. You sent us three and we replied to three, if you didn't see them maybe they ended up in your junk or spam folder.
