Is it possible to send an eQSL to a station via a another station. Many special event stations have their QSLs handled by a different station so this would be helpful if available.

No, the eQSL goes to the account with the callsign that you had the QSO with, although I suppose it's possible for a user to setup an account and then give ownership of that account to a QSL manager.
