OK thanks to both of you for your quick response and help. If I understand what Andy said, No eQSL's are generated unless both operators upload their log files. Does that mean if I upload a QSO, say from HRD, that an eQSL will not be sent to the other party unless they too upload a file with the matching QSO data?

James,
Maybe I should have said that no confirmations are generated. If the other party elects to get email notifications for new eQSLs in his InBox, he/she will be notified of your eQSL. They can either upload their matching QSO or confirm your eQSL manually. Then you both will be credited with the contact. Hope this clarifies it somewhat.
