I upload from HRD and often get dup warnings for qso just done which can not be dups. When I go to eQSL.cc the new qsos are there with no problems. Is this a known situation or do I have something set wrong at your location or on their program?

Most likely what you have done is set HRD up so that it automatically uploads as soon as you log the QSO, and then you are trying to upload again from the logbook page.
From the HRD logbook, go to Configure->eqsl.cc, look for the checkbox "Upload every time an entry is added to the logbook" 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
